Tension headaches

Has anyone else experienced9 an all day everday headache in the first treimester?plz help they wont go away !!:(

Got get a massage and have them focus a little more on upper back and neck into ur head. And u can also sip on a baby can of soda pop for a bit of caffine thru a day to see if it helps. I used a cold pack on top of and around my head before bed to calm it down to sleep. And u can take tylonol as directed to control it. I waited longer than the 4 to 6 hrs by uing these little tricks to keep it under controle so I didnt have to take as many tylonol thu the day. Good luck

I have headaches like that too but I've suffered from migraines all my life so I didn't think anything of it :/ I would just ask your doctor, mine told me to take tylenol which helps sometimes
