Missed 3 Periods, Hot Flashes, pregnancy symptons, Not Pregnant

I am 32 and have always been like clockwork/regular with my period, never a day late, always right on time. I have never had unsafe sex, never tried to get pregnant until now. We are happily married and we started to try to get pregnant a little in July and in August. My last period was August 1st and I was due again on September 1st. September 1st I missed my period. It's November 3 and I have not had a period, Nothing. I had a really hard time getting into the doctor as my doctor would not see me until I have missed two periods. I have had negative Pregancy test. HOT FLASHES plus I feel bloated, have heartburn which I have never had before. However, my Blood test on 9-25 and 11-1, both negative. On 11-1 my doctor took my blood for hormone levels, My FSH level is HIGH-72 and my estrogen level is low-42. I will be getting an ultrasound on 11-9 and have an OB/GYN on 11-16. Is it possible that I am pregnant or is my body messed up?
Two reasons why I think I could be pregnant: A friend of a friend was OVER 3 months before her blood work told her she was pregnant, this happened with both of her pregnancy's. My Mom had an IUD in and knew she was pregnant as she already had 2 kids, she lost the baby because the doctors would not take out the IUD and believe that she was pregnant, they later found out after 3 months she was pregnant and it was to late, she lost the baby because of the IUD. They did not say why my FSH is so high. My family doctor referred me to a reproductive specialist, which I will be seeing soon. I will feel much better after the US.

well.... I am not sure.. your hormones are a lil out of whack but I am hope that they figure something out if you are not pregnant.... I would just wait til the u/s and go from there....did they say why your fsh is that high???
