Every time I sneeze I pee myself smh lol
What we have to go through lol, it happens all the time now.. I have to hold my legs real close and tight to try and stop but it's not working anymore ... i'm going to try kegals, & definetly need some panty liners in my life
ha ha. Do your kegals because that can stick around even after the baby is born. Delivering a baby can weaken pelvic floor muscles. So, do your kegals every day!!
In this case keggels have definitely helped! My stomach usually hurts when I sneeze but my vagina is strong enough to hold my pee thanks to keggels
I always do this that is why I wear panty liners lol or when I laugh or even walk. 35 weeks.
I almost do every time. I clench heaps to stop it. Wear Panty liners and have a change of undies xx
The other day I just got to work and sneezed and peed. I had to call my fiance to bring me some new undies hah
Dont be ashamed because i do the same thing even when i cough..so i started wearing pads!!
