Writing down feelings is an excellent idea. :) I often forget how much that can help. Lol. I also talk to God as well. I'm not religious but I do believe in some kind of higher power that gives us strength. Thanks for the feedback ladies! Go to know I'm not alone.
I was on zoloft but also hate medication. What helps me is finding time to destress, getting myself excited for specific things, writing down my feelings and going to therapy (:
I totally understand you hun but for me this will be my third! I'm just so tired of chasing 2 toddlers all day, cooking, cleaning, not seeing hubby must of the time due to work and its really getting to me.. honestly what always helps me is taking to God. He cares, he understands, and he gives strength. Last night at 2 am I was actually bawling my eyes out on the couch and I couldn't explain why.. I think it will pass:) it always did after my other 2.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm just kinda worried that all they will do is try to prescribe me medication since I was on meds before I got pregnant that honestly didn't seem to help at all. Plus I'm not a huge fan of meds while pregnant. Guess we'll see! Hopefully I'm just in a rut
I would talk with your doctor. "Baby blues" are typically normal for a few days to a week or so after delivery! Its definitely normal to be nervous and anxious for delievery, however there also is something called postpartum or prenatal depression and it can absolutely miserable! I would definitely express your feelings with your OB and see the type of advice he/she can give you!
