35 Weeks and food poisoning

First off sorry for the long post but I feel I need to give all details!
Last Monday my partner and I decided to get a takeaway for the first time in a while as a treat and unfortunately I happened to get food poisoning from the food (we know it was food poisoning as my partner felt ill also but nowhere near as badly as me since obviously my immune system is terrible being pregnant)
But from midnight on the Monday until about 5am Tuesday morning I felt so sick and feverish I was unable to sleep for more than half an hour periods here and there. I was light headed and exhausted. I eventually managed to sleep a little more solidly at 6am till 8am. Once I woke up I felt that horrible gurgling feeling in my bowels as if you are just about to have a bout of diarrhea, I rushed to the toilet and to my shock I ended up vomiting all over the bathroom floor instead. Sorry for tmi! But I kept wretching then until there was nothing left to throw up. I noticed my vomit was a dark brown, so concerned I called the NHS (Not the ambulance seen as I did not know if it was serious). After a few questions, they decided to send out an ambulance for me to assess me and see how everything was. The main concern my sick being dark brown.
Once the ambulance arrived and did an assessment there and then they decided I had a mild case of food poisoning after also talking to my partner, everything came back okay health wise, no high blood pressure, no dehydration, blood sugar was fine and all my answers fit into good categories for their questions. They decided to take me into urgent care though just to double check on the baba which I was more than happy to go along with.
Everything again came back good, good fetal movement and good strong heartbeat and nothing to worry about.
I was told to take it easy the rest of the day, stick to water and dry toast or bread, which I did.
Come the next day I felt alot better, yet once I started to get tired I started to feel a chronic headache come along so I took some paracetamol and went to bed without trouble. Then the day after I started feeling ill nearly every hour without fail, so I started sipping fluids throughout the day which helped ease the sickness, but I also started getting the same splitting headache constantly throughout the day no matter how much I drank and paracetamol didn't even stop the pain, so I ran a bath to relax and went to bed.
Then today and yesterday, I've woken up and constantly felt ill, been trying to sip water all day but it has done nothing, had this headache once again all day today and yesterday. It's so bad, I have to have the lights off and no music or background noise off tv's etc. I can't stand the pain and I'm wondering what the hell this could be. Is this just me still recovering from food poisoning? If so will it last long cause it feels like I'll be this way forever! If not, could this just be pregnancy? But why would I get it just now... it's seems too much of a coincidence. Any advice would be great right now. I'm starting to get worried and just down right fed up!
Thanks in advance.

I'm so sorry u are going through this ...an yes to me it sounds like the food poisoning still I've had it 1 time in my life an it lasted a week !!! Couple days of feeling horrible then a day or two of feeling ok ...your body is flushing out the bacteria an unfortunately it might take a little while ...stay hydrated though it'll help speed it up ...hang in there ...
