Tmi itchy down there

I'm 32 weeks and for a little while now I've been getting itchy and burning sensation on my vaginal lips. Going to the bathroom is dreadful. My first thoug is i was irritated bc i normally shave so i tried that as well as diaper rash cream...no luck also tried a softer toilet paper and switched to using wipes...no luck. Then i tried using a vaginal type wipe like for vaginal care and hemorrhoids..which feels ok when using it but no lasting effects. I even tried some triple antibiotic cream i had laying around. I have a drs appt tomorrow and would have called but they were closed almost all last week bc of weather. Im so itchy down there day and night and burning sensation. What's going on any tips what i can use for relief

Sounds like a yeast infection. Very common during pregnancy.  Your doctor can prescribe a pill or tell you to get over the counter treatment like monistat. The itch is enough to drive you crazy. Once you get either medicine it will go away within a few days
