To eat or not to eat?

Hey everyone!! I just confirmed I'm pregnant! This is my first!  My due date is May 24.. more and more each day I'm feeling sick, but hungry!! I try to eat something and half the time it makes me feel better but then again it makes me sick the other half.. what should I do??

I suggest you always have something in your stomach!!! Food or milk or something. I wish I knew that when I were in my first trimester. It helped wonders when I figured it out!! Your stomach aches more when empty. But it could make it worse for you. So always try to eat!! But if you can't drink drink drink.

Hey congrats on the news I just found out too! I'm due may 10th pretty exciting and it's my first also!

Yea, uptill about 14 weeks I didn't know wether to eat or not. So I kept it simple. It's worse not having anything in ur stomach.

Try the Ritz crakers they worked wonders for me and try fruit also when I had morning sickness I couldn't keep anything down but fruit and get you some Gatorade it helps also!

I would have to make myself eat n sumtimes would throw up in the middle of eattin but once I do dat I can get back eattin n b fine or try crackers

Try something little like crackers and see how it sits first. Then if ur good eat!
