Two fetal heartbeats over 135 bpm

I am almost 14 weeks pregnant and because of insurance issues have not gone to the doctors yet (but will be going in four days!! yeah!) I bought a fetal doppler for piece of mind. I used it for the first time yesterday and three different times I found what I believe to be two heartbeats. (well, actually three because mine was in the 90's) but besides mine I found one on the left lower pelvic area that was 153 bpm and another one on the opposite side of my pelvic area (right side maybe an inch above my pelvic bone) that was 138bpm. Are there two babies in there or am I picking up something else, like maybe the cord pulse? I just wanted to hear people's opinions because it is fun to think there might be twins! I will find out for sure on wednesday. Thanks for any information you might share.
