Here in Ny state we have gotten them alot more..It's normal for me as I am from Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico, and Colorado. I lived right in Tornado Valley. So it's normal for me. What's different though are all these damn earthquakes we've been getting Lol

In Australia we get cyclones, and it's advised you have water, non-perishable food (tins), torch/flashlight with extra batteries, a battery run radio with extra batteries, spare set of clothes each, any needed medications and some blankets and pillows. Plus something to keep kids amused. I also packed all my birth certificates, passports, and photo negatives/memory cards.
Good luck and stay safe.

We had a tornado warning 3 days ago. I live in Maryland so we never get tornados and very seldom do we get a warning. One touched down about 20mins from my house but the warning lifted about 15mins later. Im 24+1 and i think i got so worked up i had a contraction. Cuz boy did my tummy tightened up for a good min. I was freaking out bad!

Bring some games to play with your kids to keep distracted. Just keep a flashlight nearby just in case.

So that u dont scare ur kids try make it like an adventure and pack some thngs like food and blankets and try make it 'fun' ano tht sounds stupid but u dnt want to scare them. So i would pack snacks and juice and things that kids love so there not freaked out. Hope u dont need it and hope nothin happens. Defo update us to make sure all is good.x
