Toxemia?

I have a few questions not sure if you ladies can help me or no.I have been having a buring mucle type pain in my privates and was wondering what it could be?It doesnt burn when I use the bathroom so I dont think its a urinary tract infection,plus I think the doctor would know when they test my urine.Also has anyone had protene in their urine and not have toxemia?Does it have a funny smell?How much protene is too much?I'm sorry for all the questions I checked online didnt find too much info except that it I have toxemia that I would be put on bedrest and monitored maybe even have to be on meds or delivery.I was just wondering if anyone expirienced this before.

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow I have been having high blood pressure so I've been doing nonstress test 2 times a week.I havent had any protene in my urine before they said it could be a sign of toxemia I also have swelling in my hands and feet.I do also have leg pain which my doctor said was sciatica but this is a new added burning type pain!

This is a list of what could be causing that burning groin pain. One of the options is sciatic, which is a COMMON pregnancy complaint. Another was diabetes, have you been tested for gestational diabetes?

My vote is for sciatic nerve pain. If you have lower back pain, typically on one side, that radiates into your butt and even into your leg(s), it is sciatic pain.

Hope you can find something on one of these sites. I consider the first two to be accurate and resourceful sites. I'm not certain on the third because I've never used it.

Protein in the urine can be caused by alot of things, not just toxemia.  Is your blood pressure high when you go to the dr?  And how far along are you?  Cause I had the burning too and was concerned, went to dr and everything was fine, it was just from the uterus growing.  It started when i was 5 weeks and only lasted for a week or two.  I'm 14 weeks now and everything looks good.
