Trapped :(

I feel really thirsty ALL the time but at 29 weeks i read it's best to stop drinking at certain points to avoid painful and constant late night bathroom trips...
Anyone with advice? I could use it... :(

It doesn't matter what time of day I drink something, I always end up having to get up. I don't think there's a way around that unfortunately.

You can drink as much as you want it's just that the later you drink the more into the night bathroom trips will have to be made idk why they would be painful besides the bigger you get the harder it is to get up

Have you had your glucose test yet? Extreme thirst can be a sign of gestational diabetes.  Im lije that butI just drink and get up and pee. Its better to stay hhydrated then not.  You coukd also get tjose aquafina candies that make you produce more salu a and that may help it will keep your mouth from being so dry at least.
