In the US you can request your medical records from any doctor or hospital
Unless you signed a consent to have your tubes tied, your entire medical team would be risking their licenses, criminal charges and civil liability to perform an unwanted surgery...so they are not likely to have done so.
As the other poster said, you can request your medical records. If a tubal ligation was performed it should be documented in your records.
You can also ask your OB/GYN for a scan of your fallopian tubes: ahysterosalpingogram (HSG). This will show if your tubes are open (patent) or blocked.
Many things can cause infertility. How long have you been trying? Do you have a regular cycle? Have you had any tests run? Have you tried tracking your ovulation? Are you sure your partner's sperm is viable?
