OPK is an Ovulation Predictor Kit...exactly what you stated you are using. =)
(just in shortened terms)  I would say if you hit the 2 year mark and still no pregnancy, I would seek a fertility specialist and maybe they can pin-point what is going on. Everyone is different when it comes to conceiving. Sometimes it's the woman who has a problem and sometimes it's the man....and sometimes nothing is wrong with either, and there are still problems. God has a plan for everyone, and He will give you a baby in His time. I know it's so hard to wait....I went through 2 miscarriages before I finally had a pregnancy that was successful. They were unexplained...but everything happens for a reason. Hang in there!
I would just try, try, and keep on trying until it happens! Life is a miracle, and it's a wonder that women can even get pregnant in the first place! Our bodies are so amazing. But don't give up!! Have lots of sex and try not to focus on every little thing....most times it happens when we least expect it!! Good luck! <3

I used OPK's like chantal21 mentioned......after a couple of months I pretty much knew when I would ovulate......We tried for 5 months, got pregnant, lost the pregnancy, tried again for 4 months and got pregnant again and I'm now 30 weeks.  I swear (not sure if it was luck though)....we BD'd EVERY day (sometimes 2x a day) for the one week during ovulation...and bang!  It worked......That's just my experience and I swear by it and if we decide to try again, that'll be our first months project!  LOL!  Best of luck!

Have you tried an OPK? That may help you pin-point when you ovulate so you know when to try every month. When I was trying to get pregnant, I would make sure to start a few days before ovulation and even a couple of days after, just in case I miscalculated. And after sex, I would prop a pillow under me and lay there for at least 20-30min. to try to increase my chances. You can also try some teas or go to a healthfood store and ask for some herbal remedies for conceiving. (always double check with your doc as well) Basically, try to do it as much as possible! Or at least every other day. =)
