I have a friend thats been trying to conceive. she recently had a miscarriage n her cycle began on april 7 ended the 12 she had sex continuously from the day her cycle started . Now its may her cycle started may 7 she had sex every day since then any advice on how she can conceive?.

Both are very good ways tomorrow predict ovulation and could determine if there are any hormonal issues. I did both for several months and I never ovulated then was diagnosed with pcos. I started some medicine and here I am 33 weeks expecting a little man.

Ovulation predictor kits and Basal body temperature. Both can aid in conception.

It takes a while for your period to regulate afterward miscarriage and she needs to remember her body went thru a lot with the miscarriage. I know how bad you want to conceive again after a miscarriage but it still may take a while. I miscarried in January 2012 and didn't concieve again until October. Losing weight and eating healthy can help with conceiving

Well, she needs to first relax on the sex. For best results you should have 36 hours between each ejaculation - this allows the sperm to build up. She also needs to make sure her cycle is actually regular and that she's ovulating. She can use OPK's and/or BBT to determine this.
