For nausea, i suggest not letting your stomach get completely empty. My doctor suggested starchy foods, in small quantities throughout the day. I was terribly nauseous all the time, finally my doctor prescribed me something for it. Also, light bleeding is normal. It could be implantation bleeding or some left over blood from your last period. The cramping is normal, i have it all the time. if it is unbearable, don't be afraid to go to the hospital. Have you set up a appointment with an obgyn yet? They will be able to answer all questions you have. Good luck and congrats on your first! Get ready for the longest wait of your life!!
The cramping is normal and slight bleeding is normal as well. If its bright red or almost as heavy asa period you should go to the er. You should be able to have sex as long as you have the doctors say so. I had cramping all the time for the first 2 months. It eventually stops. And for your nausea your gonna have it alot. Best advice i can give is try to drink plenty of water or fluids in general so you dont get dehydrated. I found watermelon was easy on my tummy and packed with water to help hydrate me. But try to keep something in yoyr stomach. Dry heaving ***** and tastes worse then just throwing up something.
My doctor prescribed me to take zofran. It's a little pill that dissolves on your tongue and it helped a lot!
Thank you so much for the info...my bf is upset that we can't have sex but I'm really not that upset about it hahaha, and I'll try those sea bands!! I'm willing to try anything!! :)
Sex will give you cramps. If you start to bleed bright red, go to the hospital. Little blood is normal it should look pink. Nausea is a BEAST. There is not much that will help besides getting your doctor to prescribe you meds. In the mean time. Crackers, sprite or 7 up, plain pasta. Ginger snaps.... They can help. They helped some people, but not me. What did help me was sea bands from Walgreens.or cvs. And my doctor have me meds. Hope this helps you
