Tums for heartburn

I had bought some extra strength tums for my heartburn but not sure if I can have the extra strength but I know I can have tums. What kind does everyone else use?

If you go to tums website and find the specific bottle you bought it breaks down a suggested amount that pregnant women can take.

I accidentally bought extra strength and I use it, only when its really bad though. Milk ussually works if its not horrible.
