I ate a tums about an hour ago for heart burn relief but it only worked for a little bit can I eat another one? Can you eat too many tums?
You can eat the daily limit but try not to do it every day because they can cause kidney stones due to a high calcium intake.
It don't work for me either! I took two an it literally only lasted about 30 mins then the heart burn was back :/. I just drink a glass of milk every time I eat an that seems to help me :) or I'll eat a bowl of ice cream that helps me to :)))
I think I'll have to keep tums around to stay away from so much milk and it's side effects!!!
Yeah I find myself drinking it a lot more now.
I did that before I got pregnant but I realized once I have one cup of milk I gotta have like three more!!! Then that leads to a jacked up stomach like right now!! Silly baby
You can have more than one tums. Whatever calcium ur body didn't absorb you'll just pee out.
I just drink milk now when I eat anything spicy, seems to help
Oh wow 10 lol... do yall experience it so spontaneously or when you eat certain foods?? I had to eliminate spicy foods : ( and stuff with too many onions
It should tell yoy on the bottle when its Okay to take more
Oh god I have like 10 a day... my ob says baby and I will just have great bones !!!
tums are perfectly safe but try not to eat to many. my opinion I would have 3 a day., it helps me.
