Tylenol and Excedrin TENSION is safe.  The other kinds of Excedrin are not.  Tylenol does nothing for my headaches so I had to find something else.

You just can't take it. No ibuprofen whatsoever during pregnancy

Anything of the Tylenol or acetaminophen is fine, NO ADVIL THOUGH ESPECIALLY IN THIRD TRIMESTER!
