I've been taking 2 Tylenol PMs nightly for the last week, I'm 14 weeks and having such trouble falling asleep at night. Should I try something else? I'm worried about the effects on the baby if any.

My bf wont let me take anything except normal strength tylenol because the pharmacist said its not good for the baby. And i have sinusitis so i wish i could take those tylenol nightly.
