Tylenol PM

I have heard that Tylenol is safe during pregnancy.  Has anyone take Tylenol PM during their first trimester?

Tylenol is fine, benadryl is fine too. Either Dyphenhydramine(sp?) or for nausea.. Dyphenhydrinate HCL. (Basically Dramamine)

Any Tylenol product, Unisom and Benadryl are fine.

my doc told me not to take tylenol pm why i dont know but regular tylenol was fine to take..but my sisters doc said it was okay every once in a while

i asked my doc and he said tyelnol pm and unisom are safe during pregnancy

Yes, it's ok and yes I took them durin the 1st trimester cause I couldn't sleep.

I haven't taken it but my Dr said it was ok...In my first trimester I was having a hard time sleeping and I asked what I can take...She told me Benedryl or Tylenol PM...I went with Benedryl b/c the tylenol makes me feel groggy when I get up in the morning...
