UTI and preterm labour

So I went and had a full check up on April 14th they didn't tell me I had a bladder infection but told me I had protein again in my pee. Well I had to go back last  Thursday to check my blood pressure as they said its high. They didn't tell me I had a bladder infection. So I got a call yesterday morning from my Drs office but wasn't my dr it was the receptionist telling me I could have a bladder infection but she's not sure my dr told her to call me and have me come in to get meds so I  did. Well today around 12 I've started to have Braxton hicks and still having them they are in my front and back. Well we all know having a bladder infection that doesn't get treated can put you into preterm labour witch I'm only 25w3d. I'm starting to wonder if I should go get checked out as I still have pain and I'm uncomfortable.

Sounds like it would be a good idea to go get checked. If it is preterm labor, they would have a better chance of stopping it now than if it progresses or if your water would break.
