I know how u feel  :/ I'm 38 weeks + 1 day and if baby isn't here my 39 weeks I can be induced anytime my doctor said

I got checked and was 1/2 a cm at 38 weeks with my daughter. Next day while I was sleeping my water broke and I delivered 12 hours later. How much you are dilated doesn't really matter. With my second I was 3 cm and 95% effaced for 2 months before I gave birth.

I wouldn't stretoo much about dilation. You'll do most of that when you go into labor, and that could be any time now. I'm 39 weeks today and was only 1cm on Wednesday, but I don't mind much because it took me 8 hours of terrible pain with my first to get that far.

Im there with yah. Im 38+5 and a half cm dialated. Im just trying to keep myself bizzy so I dont think about it as much. Congrats and hope ur lil one decides to come soon.
