I used to get UTIs chronically when I was about 18, hadn't really had a problem with them since. Now that I'm pregnant, I feel as though one may be coming on. If I caught them in time, I used to be able to cure them with Cystex or Azo cranberry. I've read extensively that Cystex is not safe during pregnancy, but does any one know whether Azo is safe to use during pregnancy? Thank you

Take azo cranberry pills daily( make sure they are just the cranberry pills not medicated azo that you're talking about) They prevent UTIs and are completely safe for you and baby!

Your best bet is to drink no sugar added cranberry juice ! Or if you feel you have one, your doctor or OB can give you something, it's important to treat them right away while pregnant because you can get a kidney infection from the UTI. I'm 19+3 weeks pregnant and around 11-12 weeks I guess I had a UTI , but didn't know , and I ended up getting a bad kidney infection from not treating it.
Same thing happened to my mom recently she was 11weeks pregnant and same thing, UTI turned into a kidney infection
