Yes, uti can turn into a kidney infection if not treated and complicate your pregnancy
Yes ^ mine turned into a kidney infection and had I not gone to the er when I did the infection could have contaminated my blood and possibly terminated my baby
^ that's exactly what happened to be two weeks ago :(
How long would that usually take? I think I'm starting to get one but I was going to wait until my appointment on the 22nd
But i got there in time now I'm all paranoid and call my dr for every little pain. I didnt know i had an infection just some slight back pain, turned out to be my kidney
Im not sure, if u go to the hospital insurance will cover it, they will give u anti biotics
I had a UTI and took antibiotics for it. My doctor wasn't overly concerned about it but said it had to be taken care of. My antibiotics worked in 3 days. I was on Microbid which can only be taken during 2nd trimester and not after 32 weeks pregnant.
I couldn't take the other antibiotic offered because I have a severe reaction to Penicillin.
UTIs can cause early labor and you will lose the baby if you're not far enough along or you do not treat it early enough ): it's extremely sad. Even being a bit dehydrated can cause a UTI and can cause you to lose your baby. Get your antibiotics as soon as possible momma!
Yes I am dealing with a uti now that turned into a kidney infection if you have one you need to go to er an make sure you take all the meds even if you feel fine
How r u supposed to know that u have UTI and what is that???
Yes it can cause you preterm labor
A UTI is a urinary tract infection. It will hurt with pressure when you urinate and eventually cause a burning sensation and a bit of pain and aching in your lower back (kidneys).
Normally you will have a strange smell to your urine an it will burn. If it turned into a kidney infection you will have extreme back pain in your lower right side that no matter what doesn't go away.
Okk thank u starsoversnow :)
:( please make sure that you go into the ER!!!!!!
No problem BabyGuillermo! (:
You can just call your dr and say you have a uti. They can call in a prescription for you. No need to go to the er just for a uti. .your dr can handle it
I have an appointment on Tuesday, I think I'm just going to wait until then. I don't for sure know if I have one and if I do I don't think 5 days will really do much
I didn't know I had a uti till I caused contractions at 23 weeks
My uti turned into a kidney infecguom after having it one week. Exactly.
