If youre too early yes it can show up as nothing. Did they schedule you to come back because they should have. But also it could ended up a blighted ovum when the egg stops growing so it just grows an empty sac. Was there a sac??

It happened to me with my son (whom I'm carrying now) I found out I was pregnant on Feb 21 and went to the hospital thinking I would be 5 weeks pregnant, they did a ultrasound and an internal one and found teeny black sack with nothing in yet but because my bloods etc said he's there I was sent for a rescan new 2 weeks later and there he was beating away, they said I was only 3 weeks at the first scan because there was only a teeny black sack but when I went back 2 weeks later I ended up being 5 and a bit weeks because they were half a week off so don't worry hunny, there is a very good chance you have a little person there xx

I had this problem last year and i got diagnosed with a blighted ovom. Meaning the sac with grow but there will be no fetus. I wouldnt stress soo much cuz you definitely could be early. Just stay as postive as you can. And i hope you figure out good news soon

Everything will be ok. At the start of my pregnancy I bleed for the first 2 months. I went for early scan and they couldn't pick anything up until 7/8 weeks. I'm now 23 weeks and everything is fine. Try not to stress I know it harder not do but u will be ok.

You won't see a sac until you're at least 5w+  Do you know what your hcg level was?

If there was no sac i wouldnt worry. You probably are just earlier than you think. Calm down and just be patient and i hope the best for you.

Like I said do not stress, bad for baby. I know its hard but if you got a positive and blood work that has hcg then you're pregnant, thats that. When was the first day of your last period?

I wouldn't worry right now (stress is not good for baby) odds are pretty good that you're just too early in your pregnancy for there to be a sac. The placenta doesn't form until 5 weeks. By August 25th there should def be a sac. Look at pregnancy symptoms and if you start getting them you're probably good. Sore breasts/nipples, bloating, by around 6-7 weeks some get morning sickness. Hightened sense of smell and smells that just turn you right off and of course the most common fatigue.
