I had a c section with my first. I fully dilated, but when I was pushing she moved and whatever position she was in, it was excruciating pain! So I had a emergency c section.

I had a c section cos my babys heart rate was dropping with every contraction. turned out cord was wrapped around his neck twice!! i discharged myself 2days after the surgery, I was back to cleaning the house 3days later my wound was healed by a week and a half. after 3weeks the pulling sensation in my stomach went away! its now been 5weeks and my scar has faded to NEARLY nothing with all the oils I've been using!! and im back to normal, my stomach.is flatter then its ever been! will always go c section!!! people need to know that theres always a chance of complications ALWAYS be prepared for a c section! dont go in with your heart set on a viginal birth! it litterally feels like your insides are being ripped out but its a numb feeling! midwife docters couldn't believe how fast I healed. took my good friend 6months to heal! she had realllly bad surgeon. my surgeon was excellllllent!!!! :)

I was told that having a c section after being in labor and having contractions turns out to be more painful. I was talking to a rn from l and d cuz I was like I don't understand how with my first I was in labor all day then had a c section and it ex's horrible then with my second I did a c section and it was so easy the pain for me wasn't bad at all. With my first I wasn't dialating that's why I had one he just didn't fit.

Well I had 2 c-section and it was not fun for me. My first baby was a c-section because I was not dilating. And my second baby I had a c-section because the first c-section was I guess u can say fresh and the doctor told me if I tried to push it might open...hopefully my 3rd baby is not a c-section because like I said its NOT fun. I stayed 4 days in the hospital and I had to rest for 3 months at home not lifting anything. But I think every body is different and it heals different.

My baby was 9.5 lb and wouldnt come down I dilated to a six and he wouldnt go any further so after hours I had to have a c section plus the cord was wrapped around his neck twice so I was a good thing I didn't push he coulda choked 2 death. Its painless. You shake a lot and lose complete feeling from your underboob down. Once the medicine weares off its very painful especially when the nurse pushes on your stomach. It hurts to move ie stand up or lay down even to laugh. I also had terrible constipation for w few weeks after I got home from hospital. It supposedly takes 8 weeks to heel but it took me about 12 to wear jeans without them hurting. It itches a lot. Its been 20 months since I had mine and it still itches like crazy. I compleated hated it and hope to never have to have another 1.

If your baby isn't in the correct position and they can't turn him/her around then you'll probs get a c-section. If you have heart conditions or high blood pressure etc. I think sometimes a section is better. My sister-in-law had an emergency c-section with my youngest niece, her water broke and they just left her for 3 days making the baby deprived of oxygen to her brain - they both almost died.
