VERY faint BFP

Hello ladies,

I'm 12 days DPO and have a super, super, faint line.  Had to even wake DH up to see if I was crazy and imagining things.  You can only see it if you look hard.  I've had this once and it ended in miscarriage at nine weeks. Every other test I've taken was for sure negative, no line at all except test line. I've taken clomid for three cylces on days 5-9.  Anyone else ever had this?  I'm nervous after the miscarrigage that this will happen again?!?

A faint line does not mean a doomed pregnancy. It simply means your HCG isn't very high. At 12dpo you shouldn't expect it to be very high. Retest in a few days and once you know for sure that it is positive (without squinting, LOL!) call your doc and get a confirmation immediately and begin talking about miscarriage prevention. Something I highly suggest is taking Progesterone because Clomid may affect that.

As a woman who has had 2 miscarriages and fell pregnant right after each of them I KNOW your fear and anxiety (both of those pregnancies after each miscarriage resulted in the birth of my daughters!). And the best advice I have for you is to take each day at a time and to ENJOY each and every day you're blessed to be pregnant whether it is 25 days or 250 days. *HUGS*

Thank you ladies!  I retested this morn and line is a little more visible but still pretty light.  I guess I'll just keep waiiting and praying...not that I have many other choices!  ;)

Try retesting when you miss your af and if it's still faint go for a blood test
