Went and got a pedicure earlier today then around 11pm went to bathroom and had spotting! Im 37+2... cud this be my mucus plug finna out!??? Ive also had mild crampin and backache

Call your doctor this morning if you're feeling nervous..I never lost my plug with my first so I'm clueless as to what it looks like, good luck :)

I know wat the plug look like i know it wasnt that but the plug does have blood on it thats y i said part of it cuz u can lose it over days..n spotting is not normal unless ur about to have baby or its implantation bleeding.. its not good to be jus losing blood

No the mucus plug looks like gel. It normal to spot it just the baby putting pressure.

This is my first pregnancy and im only 13weeks but i have 4older sisters whom have kids plus many friends and to me it does sound like ur plug my sister went for a pedi and i guess it really relaxed her because she went into labour that evening.. best of luck mama
