I'm 16 weeks and I've noticed my labia minoras (inside ones) have stretched a lot!!
I have no idea why.
They were small before I got pregnant and now.... they aren't so small..
They hurt if they touch my underwear.
Will they go back to normal after I have my baby?
thanks for the answers girlies!! bit more reassured now!! =)
I had an episiotomy and a 2nd degree tear. My vagina looks the same minus a small scar that's barely visible. And I also didn't have any problem with tightness or anything like that afterwards.
My labia is messed up its cus the doctor had to cut me since my baby needed more room to come out..but i dnt really mind i dont show off my lady parts to everyone lol
the sneezy ones as well :)
That's a very good point, haha. Those surprise leaks are the worst.
Well...it could keep you from peeing on yourself too! Ha.
I didn't bother with anything myself... I ain't got nobody to impress, and either way it wasn't going to cause problems in my life.
kegels kegels kegels...
I joke with some of my friends...they ask me what I'm doing, "Oh just doing my kegels."
I was worried about things not going back to normal too and I started them later in the pregnancy... probably around 30 weeks. Everything is fine with me. It also helps you with pushing!
lol lol!! i was just thinking and like if my baby is going to come out will it not stretch me out lol dont think my bf would overly mind but i quite like how it is now lol more the inside than out im fussed on lol.. and how do you do pelvic floor excercise anybody a good link.. will this help lol and are ya sure 32 weeks isnt too late lol
lol clysta, I dont think even if you did men would worry, I dont think they're real fussy on what it looks like, stacey91 just remember men are all fdifferent as well
LOL! Who told you that? No is the answer. Your lady parts are like elastic and bounce back after birth.
Some women experience a change, and it will likely look different - who this happens to however is completely random. For example, my sex life is no different and my husband still has troubles at times completely fitting. However, look wise it won't matter too much. It's not exactly the prettiest thing in the world anyways, and unless you make a living with it that won't matter.
you need to do your pelvic floor muscle excerscises, its not too late to start now, and you can start them up straight after birth if you can remember, some womens labia change but it really depends on genetics just the smae as if you get stretch marks or not, I really wouldnt worry to much about it, the change if any would be small
