Not knowing if I'm in labor...

Is my biggest fear. This is my second pregnancy. I am 37 weeks + 5 days. I had my first baby at 38 weeks + 2 days but did not experience labor pains. My water broke with him and I was administered pitocin (which is when I started feeling the contractions) the next morning because my labor was not progressing good on it's own. I'm scared I will go into labor and not know because I don't know what early contractions feel like.

Mine felt like menstrual cramps as well. But they weren't so strong at first just strong we enough for me not to sleep at all. I would pace back in fourth and get in the tub. Then once I calculated my contractions to be about 5 minutes apart I contacted my OB since it was already the morning. And she admitted me to labor and delivery. But if you feel something is wrong always go to er or call your on if they are opened.

Mine felt like cramps mixed with urge to potty , but anytime you feel like something is wrong just go better for you to get checked then not know.  But maybe you can put somebody on standby or get a plan of action together may help you relax a little.  Hopefully it'll be kinda natural to you and you will know when it happens
