I think my water just broke! Help?

I'm 38 +6.
So yesterday I lost part of my mucus plug but not a whole lot.  And this morning at 3 am I woke up from cramping and having some pain in my lower back that was happening on an off for a good 3 or 4 minutes till I had some liquid come out,  not a lot but enough to be like "am I peeing myself?"  so I got up  and changed my panty liner and another chunk of my mucus plug was there but with a little bit of blood. My cramping subsided so I just ignored everything and went back to bed.  I just woke up again at 5 am out of nowhere!  And had another trickle of fluid come out so I got up and went back to the toilet to wipe and see tons of blood mixed with my discharge  and even a tiny mucusy blood clot.  Now I'm having regular cramping as if it's the start of a period,  nothing major but after wiping that up more liquid came out? What do you ladies think?

My mucus plug is fully ruptured,  2cm dilated.  They swabbed the fluid that is continuing to come out to see if it's the amionic fluid.  Will update if it was my water!  Thank you ladies

You should call your doctor's office to let them know what's going on and they will let you know if you need to come in
