Vamping

can I have some opinions on vamping please, I've quit smoking and gone to a vape pen but it's only water vape isn't it? I'm 6 weeks and I don't know if I should just stop altogether or not? X

I was vaping at the time I got pregnant but quit when I found out. Some studies showed that even moms who vaped 0mg liquid had low birth weight babies. For me it was mostly that we don't know everything that's in the liquid and it isn't regulated, so even though I'd been vaping for over a year, we don't know the long term effects it'll have on us, let alone a fetus. The best person to consult is your doctor though.
