Venting before I blow up

I'm 31wks pregnant with my first. Hubby is 26 years older with 3 grown kids...oldest being 29...2 years younger than me...youngest being 22. They nickel and dime us every chance they get. I'm trying to get together everything I need for the baby and it seems like every time we get a little money saved up...some one needs a bill paid or gas money or like tonight...food called in. Its really bugging the crap out of me. These kids of his never visit or call unless they want something. They never send us anything for Christmas....not even a card. Birthdays don't exist unless it's theirs. I'm just tired of their crap. Oh...and of course they expect us to spend a fortune on them for Christmas...the youngest asked for four veneers....totaling $4400.00.......wtf....

I think its more of a guilt thing with hubby. Trying to make up for missed time while they were growing up. Im his 3rd marriage. It just gets irritating.

Holy crap...no no no. So does your hubby give in to them? I understand the whole daddy position and they are probably use to getting everything they want. He needs to learn to say no to them especially with the new baby coming!! My mom's side of the family expects everything from my grandpa. He just adopted a child and all his children still expect all thier allowance every week even though they are grown!!

They seem selfish. I can see asking for help with a bill but show some gratitude and at least attempt to pay the money back. Talk to your husband about it.
