I think GD is based on glucose intolerance meaning that your body isn't putting out enough which would leave you with HIGH blood sugar not low. (not positive about that though) So I am thinking that probably isn't the problem. The best way to bring your blood sugar up is to drink a glass of juice, OJ, apple, anything sugary but juice is better than soft drinks. It can take 15 minutes or more to feel relief then you should eat a meal or something with protein in it. That will help stabilize things. The best way is to not get it in the first place. You may want to eat more frequently. Smaller meals. If you are at work and can't eat a meal, then bring healthy snacks and munch. Fruits, nuts and vegies work great for this. Having juice handy is also good.
I passed my glucose test, can you still get GD after you take the test, and this late into pregnancy??
That was completely my thought...dizziness and sweaty felling comes hand and hand with blood sugar, how was your glucose tolerance test? You should bring it up to your doctor to make sure you are not geting gestational diabetes, although that would be maybe a little of a long shot. Your best bet is to tell your doctor, and see what he/she has to say about the situation.

I thought that too! I was slightly hungry, but not very much! I'll talk to my doctor about it this week! Thanks :]
I agree with cmoretti. It sounds like your blood pressure dropped or it could just be increased circulation. I had this happen when I was just 8 weeks pregnant and I actually passed out twice!
this is how I get when my blood sugar drops. When did this happen in relation to your last meal? I would talk to your OB about this.
