Very nervous... Go in Tues...

Question

to have anothre u/s. My last one was 5/20. They saw 1 gest. sac, w/ 2 yolk sacs in it, but no fetal pole or anything yet. They said by measurements i shouldve been about 6.5 weeks. Im soooo scared Im going to go in Tues. and they are going to say that its a blighted ovum :( Ive been having all the sx still, including on & off nausea. On my last u/s it looks like a bright white lil blob attached to the inside of one of the yolk sacs. Is that a good thing? Maybe the beginning of a baby? Ive had a pos. attitiude the last 3 weeks, but Im getting realllly anxious now that its 2 days away. Also, the last cpl days ive had "uncomfy" feelings in the top part of my stomach. Not cramping, but its hard to explain. Could it be b/c Ive havent had a bowel movemnet (sorry TMI) ina cpl days? I went out all day yesterday running the roads,a nd i picked up my granddaughter a cpl times (shes almost 2 and big lol) so im scared thats done something to the baby(ies) :( Ok, and lastly Im scared that if it does turn out to be 2 developing babies im worried that beings ive had 6 prev. babies and 2 m/c's that my body wont be able to carry twins :( BAH! Im worried about EVERYTHING right now! My anxiety is at an all time high! All i have been doing today is crying anf praying! Ok girls, Im so sorry to put a smorgass board of stuff out here. I just know that you all are very wise and supportive, so Im hoping for some input! Thank you all!

Haha!  Yea, I think it'll be a little weird, maybe.  My sister is 20 yrs younger than me, and my oldest is the same age as her!  Their friends think its cool how they are aunt and niece. lol  If these babies make it, my gbaby will be about 2 1/2 yrs older :0  Im hoping for the best Tues :)

I think it's cool, personally. :)

And congrats on the twins. I think they'll be fine, and from what I've heard, Twins are usually a bit behind developmentally in the womb. So it'd make sense for you not to see fetal poles at about 6+ weeks.

Thnak you!  I am excited about twins, and scared at the same time! LOL  I just hope Tues. brings happy news for us! My older kids are sooo excited at the thought of me having twins. My boys are like  "we just want one!"  lol   Too funny!  My 9 yr old boy and my 7 yr old boy think their 3 yr old bro is annoying, so they want a girl. lol   Oh! And as far taking it easy, if this pregnancy is viable, my fiance will def. make sure I take it easy!  Hes wonderful like that!  Thx for your reply & encouragement!

You'll be fine!!! You need to relax. Worrying is just gonna make it worse and youre probably doing it all for nothing, if I were you, Id start worrying about how and when youre gonna get some rest when youre gonna have 2 lil ones to deal with!!! 
CONGRATS!!! You must be THRILLED to be having twins!!!! As for the white blobs, its prob the placenta sacs. Sounds like youre gonna be s busy MOMMA!!!  Ive ALWAYS wanted twins and of course, my sister had them. Boy and a girl. Their AWSOME!!!

Relax, take it easy, put your feet up and let hubby cook you supper. Dont be overdoing it. Take it easy from now on. No heavy lifting.
