Very slight symptoms

Is this normal? This is my first child.. My mother told me it was odd that my symptoms weren't more prominent. I'm in my 6th week.  I get very fast spells of nausea,  occasionally a cramp that last no longer than 2 minutes ever, dizziness sometimes... I'm so scared of a miscarry. Any stories would be a lot of help.

Im 22 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child & when i was pregnant with my 1st i hardly even had any symptoms at all, my mom said its normal, keep in mind that not every woman has the same symptoms & every pregnancy is totally different from one another

With my first I had no symptoms of being pregnant and couldn't tell I was till I was almost due. This time I had symptoms early on and showing a lot sooner.  I'm only 11 weeks. Every pregnancy is different and every woman is different.  If you have little to no symptoms you are one of the lucky ones.
