I didn't when they were new Norma only cause I found it difficult and too slippery but me and my 3 yr old daughter take them together all the time and we even have music going while we shower lol. She is starting to ask questions now about her body and even mine but I just answer them as they come cause I don't want her to be ashamed of her body and im not going to sugar coat things and use different names for her body parts. I don't shower with my son but my husband will once in a while but he is 16 months.
Ohh i love the time with my baby girl so bath time was great i did it till she was 2 now im preagnet again and cant wait for it again
I love it! I've done it with both of my kids while they were little and it is such a great bonding experience :) plus they are so comfortable when they are laying on your skin like that when they're little my kids would sometimes fall asleep it was so cute :) i recommend it to all you ladies but do agree to have a car seat or bouncy seat ready with towel set up already cuz they get super cold super fast sometimes i would wrap them in the towel then wrap myself in one and just go hang out on the couch under a warm blanket to warm them up before getting them dressed i always felt so bad when they were cold like that after our baths :(
Deres nothing more in da world i loved dan bathing wit my baby!! i started wen hee was 5days his thingy had just fallen n he didn't get scared hed fall asleep in warm shower. his 15m n i jst stopped bcuz his too heavy n I'm 30wks preg
I did it with my son because hubby worked away. Don't see any problem with it, you just have to remember the little things like the water temp and what not.
My son is two and ive just stoped showering with my son because hes finally asking questions about certain parts so i think its completly okay and its time to stop when they get curious. Its convient and makes things alot easier
I did it and well still do.. not totally by choice. My daughter strips and jumps in as soon as the water turns on. I find it easier to get her brainwashed tho so that's a bonus
I have done it with both my kids
I did it with my daughter and it was fine. I personally dont see a problem with it. As a baby she seemed more comfortable that way so i also plan to do it with my son.

I don't see any problem with it. I think the skin to skin is a great bonding opportunity.
I was thinking about doing it because my boyfriend works days and I won't have anyone to watch the baby while I bath but in going to lookin to it further
I personally just read a very good article on it , and as soon as his stump falls off and is healed I will be giving it a shot , its a great bonding experience , just remember to have a car seat or swing to put baby in before you get in and out of the tub then reach for the baby so there's no slipping while your holding the baby .
