Vitamin help!!!

I'm having a lot of trouble taking my prenatal vitamin... I've tried gummy chewables hard chewables and pill capsules. I get sick with all three of them. I'm worried that my baby isn't getting what he/she needs. Any suggestions?! I'm desperate.

I also had this issue . I took them before bed with a small snack and this worked ! Goodluck

Try it around lunch or dinner but you should eat first. Prenatal are very strong and have that tendency of making one sick. If that doesn't help talk to your Dr about it

I can not remember the name of it but I've watch quite a bit of pregnancy vlogs on YouTube and one that I watched this lady had trouble taking pregnancy vitamins. But she searched the web a lot and found this pregnancy vitamin spray that you spray under your tongue 5x a day. She said she did 2 in the morning, 1 after lunch, and 2 before bed. She said she loved it! and its $10. You may can google pregnancy vitamin spray and find it :)

I take mine with a small snack before bed time. It has made all the difference!
