Vitamin question

So I was wondering since I dont drink milk if it would be ok to start taking calcium vitaminsalong with my prenatals? I plan on asking my doctor at my appointment in 2 weeks but just wanted some input

My doc has put me on calcium tablets because I dont drink alot of milk and I take all my prenatals if u just ring then should tell you if its safe for you or not

I think its ok to take calcium, I took calcium supplement with both of my pregnancies and my doctor knew about it.

I would talk to ure doc before u do so. If not try alternatives to get calcium like cheese, yogurt.  I know its good not just for u but for bby too helps with his /her tooth developement n bones.
