19 weeks, gained 17 lbs....Arghhhh, I feel so bad and big!
When I started charting my weight at 4 weeks, I was 205.6 lbs. Now, at 15 weeks I'm 206.4 lbs. I've fluctuated up and down (down this week 'cause I felt horrible over the weekend) ...so far the highest is 210.4 lbs. I'm hoping to stay around a 20-25 lb weight gain altogether. =D
This week I've pretty much had a food aversion to everything. I can't find anything I *want* to eat ...so I've been eating just to feed myself and the baby. I think what I would love is to go to a place with a salad bar and make a kick *** salad with cucumbers and chick peas and those cute little cherry tomatoes and broccoli and cauliflower! lol
I was 159 pre pregnancy, lost 2 pounds, and then this month I gained 9 pounds (yikes). So at 20 weeks, I weigh 166 - for a total gain of 7 pounds.
im 30 weeks and started out 186 and just hit 199 yesterday, so.. 13 pounds so far, im doing great! i have no clue how as ive been eating almost nonstop for the last week, stupid chocolate ice cream cravings driving me nuts... and flan.... love the flan!
I am 14 weeks, and so far I have lost 14 pounds. I have been pretty sick with lots of aversions.....
Im at 23 weeks and gained 15 pounds so far. Yikes!!!!
Joy- I know how that feels. I have PCOS too, im sure you recall from other posts. Not sure what kind of working out you are doing. Keep in mind, if you are eating healthy and working out you are also gaining muscle. You know that saying muscle ways more that fat. So if you dont eat and dont work out guess what that working out you did and that muscle you gained is what you loose first. So yes you are going to loose a couple of pounds here and there. I did only cardio for the first few months and ate healthy but smaller portions. Its hard yes but your body will get use to it. Based on my personal experience, i lost more weight doing cardio first for a few months and then working on cardio and toning up together later on. I also bought a couple of books that helped "The Body Sculpting Bible for Women" & "The abs Diet book". I also made myself a protein shake, right after working out or in the morning. After working out because protein rebuilds muscle. In the morning because since protein rebuilds muscle is also helps reduce fat. If you are on the go all you are burning calories all day. Go to your nearest GNC and you can get a jar of protein powder. Mix it in with whatever fruits you like, milk or whatever. Its yummy i tell ya. Also lots of dairy products. Not sure how well you do with dairy products but those are also good to help loose weight. Good luck. Hope this helps.
