Warm bath not hot water it should be room temp where u dont have to ease into it if u have to ease in then thats to hot. other than that theres heat pad on low and icyhot
Ok thank u there is no bleeding at all bt its killn me lol I just go sit in the tub n let the water run. Are there any other ways tht will help the pain ease up. Other than Tylenol because tht doesn't wrk
Yes its normal as long as ur not bleeding. if ur bleeding to then u should call ur doc
