WHY?

Yesterday I posted about my pains and how my period was late. Well, last night/early this morning I went to the ER for the pain. They did a urine pregnancy test, it came back negative. I'm assuming what I was getting was my period because I'm still bleeding. I was a little dissappointed. Well, my question today is...Why am I not getting pregnant? Me and my fiance have been trying for 2 months now to have a baby. We have sex every day and I still end up having my period. I've had a pap done before and she told me everything was normal, but I'm still confused as to how I am not getting pregnant. Any advice or comments?!???

ya its better to have sex every other day for the few days leading up to ovulation because that gives the sperm time to build up again. dont make it a chore as it can end up taking the fun out of it.. i read a book called taking charge of your fertility and it was awesome. worth reading just for the info.

Me and my fiancee tried for 2 years...unfortunately for some people it doesn't happen that quickly. Once we stopped trying, bam i was pregnant. only be concerned if you try for over a year or 2 really. It can take a while.

I have also heard having sex everyday lowers the sperm count, so when you are actually fertile there are less sperm to fertilize the egg during your ovulation period.

Try not to have sex every day. My Dr told me that it dialutes the sperm in the make because he won't have enough time to replenish. So wait till the days you are ovulating.... And I know its fustrating but it took me a while then I had stop pvulating so I was put on meds to help me get my period and start to ovulate. But in some cases it takes a perfectly healthy couple about 6 month to a year. So don't give up.

try to remember that it is normal to take up to a year to conceive before there is a concern. try not to stress yourself out about it just yet. it is helpful to learn when you are ovulating and our doctor recommended every 2 days the week around ovulation. best of luck

I knowing rushing the issue to get pregnant never works out. If you keep it off your mind and just be with your partner with out having the hopes of becoming pregnant off your mind you may have better luck. Keep it spontaneous, not a job!! Good luck

Maybe just not the right timing. I would try to have sex everyday for a month and see if that helps.
