Waiting for my period ...

I have PCOS with very irregular (anovulatory) periods and my husband and I are TTC.  My doctor prescribed 3 cycles of Diane-35, after which hopefully I will ovulate.  Well, I finished my first pack of Diane on Tuesday (it's 21 pills) and I have yet to see my period.  Is that normal?

Also, my breasts have been fuller and sore for almost 2 months now (long before I started the Diane); the soreness comes and goes and sometimes is very bad, especially at nights and in the morning when I have to literally hold my breasts when I'm turning around on or getting off the bed.  I'm not pregnant - I did 3 HPTs and a beta HCG and all were negative, but I can't figure what is going on with my breasts.

If my period doesn't come, do you think I should still start the 2nd pack of Diane next week?

hmm, Wednesday is when I'm supposed to start the new pack ... I have some more waiting to do then.

I would think that the Diane-35 is to regulate you to a 28 day cycle. So look for your period on CD28 (which would be this upcoming Wednesday).
