Wal-Mart !
Can any of you ladies tell me some kind of tea that would help me efface or dialate ??I'm going to take a trip to the store! (:
Oh, they dont carry either at the walmarts where i live, i have to go to maxx nutrition, i wish they had it at walmart!
Lol Walmart does carry both evening primrose oil and red raspberry leaf tea. I've gotten the primrose oil there, it's about $5. And I found the tea, just didn't buy it at that point. The tea can be hard to find, but they do carry it.

It's not a tea, but evening primrose oil helps.
Also, cinnamon tea helped me lose my mucus plug and also helped me dialate some. All you need for that is cinnamon sticks and water.
They say red raspberry leaf tea is great as well. I haven't gotten to try that one though.
