I had them really bad about that time. 2 Tylenol extra strength.  My doctor said I could take 1 excedrine migraine. I never did thoigh. They will go away eventually.  Up your protein intake as well.

My doctor told me to take Tylenol extra strength. It's nothing you can really do to stop them it's just a symptom and it's normal. I have them all the time.
