The opening in my pelvic bone is to narrow so my doc is pretty sure I will be having a c-section but she is going to let me try for a vaginal birth first. Just depends on your situation.

Low lying placenta can also cause it. I have this and may have to have one.

I had a emergency c-section because my baby was breech. I didn't plan on having  a c-section but everything is worth it for our child or children. Didn't have no pain after like if I didn't have one or had a baby.

C-sections aren't all bad.. I wanted a natural birth through the vagina. I'm terrified of hospitals and had major anxiety. But I was pushing trying to get my son out for 4 hours. And I was exhausted. He was face up and just not comming out. My doc said I could continue pushing till whenever because neither of us were in distress or do a c-section. I chose c-section just so I could finally have my baby. There are lots of reasons girls get them. And shouldn't stress it if you have to have one. It wasn't what I expected for sure

There are many reasons that a c-section might be needed.  Worry will not prevent a single one of them.  Take care.

Cord around the neck, breech baby, distress because the baby pooped in the womb, the babies head gets stuck, also some obs will do a section if labor doesn't progress.
