Wat health care/iron tablet are ye taking
Hi girls was just wondering what health care tablets are ye takin the whole way through yer pregnancy.. Im taking pregnacare but thats all. Should i be takn anything else and wat are ye takin??
Oh i c. I just get these from the pharmacy myself. Not sure if they are the rite ones for me. Hav my hospital app with scan the 19th of this month wil ask more questions den.. Tanks.
I take the chewable bellybar kind.. I do not take extra iron because my iron was so good. They told me not to take any extra iron..I guess it depends on person.
