Haha ladybeeley I guess the nurse actually threw it out and the lady was mad she threw her tupperware out. I was like EW and I guess the nurse was super mortified that she wanted to keep it and reuse it!

Omg no honey! lol. When we took our childbirthing class at the hospital, they were like please don't bring us mucus plugs in tupperware and underwear and what not lol. I guess a lot of people do because they don't know but they have no need for it! :)

No, they can use a piece of litmus paper to test the "fluids" in your vagina to see if it broke and if that comes back negative, they will do a swab up higher in your vagina and send it to the lab. I had it happen at 37 weeks, and it came back negative.
