If you go to the labor and delivery you will be put on a "time limit" meaning if you don't have your baby in 16 hours after your water breaking they will say you need antibiotics because the risk for infection. But as long as you don't have a lot of cervical checks you will be fine. Also they will probably want to put you on pitocin. But you don't have to do anything you don't want to. This is coming from experience with my first. I had my baby 26 hours AFTER my water broke, no pitocin, no antibiotics, no epidural. My birth story is on my journal entries.
Call your doctor. They will most likely say to come into labor and delivery
