Ways to Speed Labor Up
What are some ways?? I know someone has a journal on here how to, but I'm not sure who/: well I need ideas / suggestions . thanks!
Ugh I have sex like everyday 2-5 times a day & its like nothing lol it gives me contractions but not enough to dilate me or anything . I eat spicy foods regularly (I'm Mexican) lol. I just bounce around a lot all day I do squats& pineapple that's way to much pineapple for me to eat(they say it takes up to 8)
Sex definatly works it did with me and within half an hour after i started with contractions & then a hour later my waters broke so it definatly works hun
A man shouldnt be on here thats just creepy lol and you can try sex, pinneapple bounceing on a ball spicy food thats all i can think of christine917
Well I'd like a ladies input. I already know lots of ways, I just want someone else's input.
I was jus wondering cuz b4 she got pregnant she was a animal lol now I can barely get some
35 weeks. Just wanting some ideas .. I'm not going to start this now. Although my baby is already at a -1 possibly more now (position of him) once you hit +3 then it goes to 1-10cm.
